Katie was born and raised in York and spent 17 years living in Alaska.  It was Katie's deep connection to her hometown and her strong ties to her family that compelled her to move back to York.  She began her real estate career in Anchorage, Alaska in 1978 and has continued working as a Realtor since her return to York in 1989.  Whether she's visiting with family and friends, reading in front of the fireplace or tending her flower gardens, Katie embraces life with a passion all her own.  "In life, it's so important to have a positive attitude," she says.
